Abbie is sharply focused on creating clients who are not satisfied but ecstatic with their entire
real estate transaction. As such, she listens carefully to their needs and wants, then manages
every detail from start to finish, effectively and efficiently.
In her long and diverse career, she has been an archaeologist, a news reporter, an art dealer
and a marketing consultant. These experiences, combined with boundless energy and passion
for her work, have given her a keen sense of how to find, promote and sell items of value. As a
Realtor® she marshals these skills to help buyers acquire properties that are right for them, and
sellers to position their property in the market and close the deal to their benefit.
Abbie grew up in upstate New York, graduated from McGill University in Montreal and attended
graduate school at the University of Vermont, interning in an historic preservation organization.
After 20 years in marketing and public relations, she moved to Prescott in 1997 and immersed
herself in the community professionally and as a volunteer.
As director of business development for the region’s leading architectural and planning firm, she
has been involved in the full spectrum of projects, from custom homes to large-scale commercial
developments. As a marketing consultant to the Prescott Unified School District, she has helped
increase enrollment by some 4% per year for the last four consecutive years and shape new
programs that meet the needs of an evolving community.
